This is a Client-Side Web Application and it is designed specifically to read the data file you provide on your computer. No information from your data file is sent to any servers over the internet.

Intended Audience.

This document has been prepared for those skilled in the art of emergency response design, implementation, and execution.

It is assumed that the reader is familiar with the relevant agreements between the agencies and organizations (e.g., mutual aid agreements, collective bargaining agreements). The reader should be familiar with both the intended and actual data entry procedures, as well as how real world events present themselves in the data.
